What it does

Survive The Chop helps you manage a Sleeper guillotine league. The tools change with your season, so you see draft help before the draft and roster, survival, and waiver help after it.

Why we built it

Guillotine leagues create different decisions than normal fantasy leagues. One bad scoring week can end your season, and every chopped roster changes the waiver market. We built the app to make those decisions easier to understand.

How the tools fit together

Draft Coach: Compare available players, roster fit, tiers, and early matchups.
My Team: Review your roster and best projected lineup after the draft.
Survival Odds: Estimate how every active team stacks up for the selected week.
FAAB Recommendations: Get a player-specific bid for your league, roster, and budget.
Market Prices: See what similar players usually cost in completed waiver runs.
FAAB Results: Review the bids that actually won in your league.

How the numbers work

The app uses your Sleeper league settings, current rosters, player projections, and historical winning bids. Survival Odds simulates possible weekly scores. FAAB Recommendations and Market Prices answer different questions, so one is advice for your next bid and the other is a market reference. They are estimates, not guarantees.
